PQ: Product Quality Supervisor

The Product Quality Supervisor, under the supervision of the Product Quality team (Final inspection, Incoming inspection, Metrology Lab), is responsible for ensuring the achievement of the product quality objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management of a QA team, organize workflow, provide assistance and constructive feedback.
• Be responsible for the quality of the products released by the company.
• Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements and resolve problems.
• Ensure that effective corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
• Identify and implement inspection and testing process controls.
• Define times and strategies to achieve objectives efficiently and precisely.
• Confront, if necessary, with suppliers to ensure the highest quality standard.
• Monitoring of company production processes.
• Plan and propose the necessary staff training.
• Ensure internal quality performance statistics are properly recorded.
• Document test specifications to enable products to be adequately tested to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Diagnose nonconformities identified internally from corrective action reports and ensure their enforcement.
• Drafting and management, in collaboration with company representatives, of operating procedures.
